It’s my last vacation day…

On the plus side, I don’t actually have to return to work until Tuesday. Since the 4th is on Monday. This is why we plan our week of vacation prior to a three day weekend.

Sadly, I had to check out of the hotel this morning. It sure was nice living in a hotel for the week.

I was super tempted to go to the front desk and ask about the possibility of extending my stay by one more night. But I didn’t.

I got a hair cut. And now I’m back in my apartment… watching Stranger Things…

Not too shabby.

I finished a book last night. Felt good to actually have the desire to devour a book in just a few days. I highly recommend The Midnight Library, by the way.

Now I’ll spend the rest of the afternoon and evening relaxing at home, looking forward to a three day weekend.
