One hot summer afternoon, while walking through a parking lot at a large shopping center, you notice a dog suffering badly from the heat inside a locked car. What would you do?
First I’d have to get super dramatic and start smacking the window with my open palm, yelling at the dog and telling him not to panic, despite the fact that my actions would certainly cause him to freak out. Then I would shout, “Stand away from the glass!” At which point the dog would absolutely come closer out of sheer curiosity and the inability to understand a strange human’s speech patterns. Eventually, I would deem it safe to smash the car’s window and rescue the dog, who would probably attack me for damaging his human’s car. “Stop biting me, dog! I just saved your life! You’re welcome!” Then I would pull a White Fang and set the dog free. “Be free, dog! Find a pack that you can run wild with!” Then I’ll go to the hospital to seek treatment for the many dog bites that I have suffered.
