Question of the Week #226

If you could anonymously and safely destroy any one person’s reputation online through various postings, would you? If so, who and why?

Who am I to do such a thing to anyone?

The way I see it, even if it’s someone who deserves it, it isn’t my place to publicly judge that person. And if it’s someone who truly deserves it, there’s a good chance that person is going to shoot themselves in the foot anyway.

Part of my reasoning, too, is that I wouldn’t want someone to do this kind of thing to me. You know, that whole “Do unto others…” thing.

What about you? Could you take it upon yourself to anonymously destroy someone via social media? Let me know in the comments!
