Do you find it so hard to say “no” that you regularly do favors you do not want to do? If so, why?
No.
That was easy.
Seriously, though… I don’t think I have a hard time saying no. I’m not a chronic people pleaser. I’m not going to tell someone I’ll do something because I need them to like me. I have no problems saying yes when someone asks a favor if it’s something I can definitely do. But if I’m already busy with a bunch of other things, I really don’t mind saying no.
What about you? Is “no” such a bad word?
