I’ve decided I use the word brilliant far too often. I’m gonna try and do something about that.

The Confusing Middle 
But in what context? Sarcastic? Or otherwise? Cos I think you should say it MORE! Makes people sound British

I just say it all the time. And I use it in writing. Sometimes I mean it. Sometimes I’m sarcastic. Sometimes I use it ironically. And I definitely got it from watching a lot of Doctor Who.
