Welcome to Bloganuary. It’s this thing that WordPress is doing to encourage bloggers to post something every day by providing a regular prompt. I think that “Bloguary” would not only sound better but makes more sense. Maybe they’re saving that for next month. But if they go with Blogebruary I’m dropping out. Anyway, today’s prompt asks the question: List five things you do for fun.

First up on my list of good times is hanging with great friends while stuffing our faces. Nothing beats some hearty laughs and good grub with my closest compadres. Just don’t let us near an all-you-can-eat buffet, unless you want to witness pure chaos!

Up next is firing up some old school video games from back in the day. I’m talking the classics – we’re going way back to the 8-bit and 16-bit eras! Give me my NES controller and let’s game it up. Just watch out if you challenge me in Mario Kart… I take that stuff seriously! Who doesn’t?!

When I’ve got some time to kill, you can usually find me in the corner building my latest Lego masterpiece. What can I say, I love me some tiny plastic bricks! Still working on the Lego Avengers Tower that I got before Christmas. To be fair, the thing is enormous… And my attention has been divided by Spider-Man 2 on the PS5.

Can’t forget about movie time either. Whether it’s catching the latest superhero flick or having a laugh at some silly comedy, movies are for sure a favorite way to spend some downtime. As long as there’s popcorn, count me in!

And last but not least, nothing entertains me more than playing fetch with my best four-legged friend Krypto the Superdog. That adorable pooch sure keeps me on my toes! Just hope he doesn’t accidentally blast his heat vision while we’re having fun!
