A to Z Challenge 2021 – Reflection

Can you believe it’s already May? How did April pass by so quickly?

This was my third year participating in the A to Z Challenge and it was very different from my first two years. Previously, I’d gone through the alphabet with posts about various movies. In my first year there were no restrictions to the movies I chose. Last year, I was restricted to anything that could be found on Disney+. This year… there were no movies.

In case you missed it, for the last month I took a quick tour through the DC Comics multiverse by looking at individual characters and/or teams that followed each letter of the alphabet. Below, you’ll find a full list of posts from the challenge, in case there are any you missed or wish to revisit.

  1. Aquaman
  2. Bizarro
  3. Cyborg Superman
  4. Doomsday
  5. Eradicator
  6. The Flash
  7. Green Lantern
  8. Harley Quinn
  9. Ice
  10. Jade
  11. Krypto
  12. Lex Luthor
  13. Mr. Mxyzptlk
  14. Nightwing
  15. Oracle
  16. Power Girl
  17. The Question
  18. Robin
  19. Superboy
  20. Toyman
  21. Uncle Sam
  22. Vandal Savage
  23. Waverider
  24. XS
  25. Young Justice
  26. Zatanna

I wasn’t sure if I would even do the challenge this year. Things have been a lot busier lately than they were this time last year. Don’t get me wrong, a pandemic is a horrible thing. But sometimes I miss the slower pace of being on lockdown. But I did decide to join in at the last minute and I’m glad I did. I always love a good blogging challenge.

Part of the fun of participating in this challenge is knowing that so many other bloggers out there are doing the same. And we’re all encouraged to explore other blogs to see how others are responding to the challenge. I was able to find several new blogs that I look forward to following beyond the month of April, though I know there are a lot that I just never got around to checking out.

To everyone who stuck it out with me throughout the challenge, thanks for coming back day after day. If you keep coming back, I hope you find something entertaining to read here.
