Kids, I’m gonna take a blogging break.
I know, there are probably four of you out there panicking. Don’t worry, it’s not a permanent break.
The thing is, there’s a lot going on in the next few weeks. Remember how I talked about my upcoming trip to Istanbul? Well, I’m flying out this Sunday. As soon as I get back from that, I’ll be knee deep in a week of Kids’ Camp.
After that, I’m pretty sure I’m gonna want to take a vacation of some kind. So I’m pretty sure that’s what I’m gonna do.
That being said, there’s a good chance I won’t post anything new until August. I know I’ve been less consistent of late when it comes to new, original content. Sure, I’ve kept up with weekly stuff like the Questions of the Week, the AFI countdown, and Rewatching Buffy. But those are gonna be on hiatus, too.
My plan is to come back around the first week of August. I’m sure I’ll have plenty to say in the aftermath of the Istanbul trip. I’m also planning to get back to continuing my old Life Story posts. I mean, life definitely didn’t end with high school graduation.
Well… I guess that’s it. See you in a month!

I just liked your post. Then it hit me that you might take it as an offensive “Like”. You know what I mean? “Hey everybody, I’m not writing for awhile”…….and then everybody likes it. Right? If I wrote this post it would be my most liked post ever. I might try it. Thanks for the blogging idea 😉

I think I originally planned to start posting again today. However… I’m in the process of packing and moving. Not enough hours in the day this week. But, I promise, I’ll be back soon with a recap of my trip to Turkey and all the other usual hilarious shenanigans that I find myself getting into.

No… the majority of my family is from Germany (I think?). I went with a small group from my church to visit and tour and learn more about the culture. I don’t want to give too much away. 🙂
